Classes 2021/2022 at the ESILV

• I was the main responsible of the course of "Multiscale modeling and simulation" at the 5th year

• I also gave classes on exercises for the courses of "Fluid mechanics" (3rd year), "Numerical Simulations" (3rd year), and "Computational Fluid Dynamics" (4th year).
Classes 2022/2023 at the ESILV

• I am the main responsible of the course of "Multiscale modeling and simulation" at the 5th year of the specialization on "Computational Modeling and Mechanics", and of the course of "Nuclear Energy" at the 4th year of the specialization on "Energy and Sustainable Cities".

• I also give classes on exercises for the courses of "Fluid mechanics" (3rd year), and "Computational Fluid Dynamics" (4th year).

Previous internships at the ESILV

The student Samik MAITI has finished his M2 internship of 6 months at the ESILV on "Modeling and simulation of flight of drones in the city" in September 2022.
The student Lucas LEBRET has finished his M1 internship of 4 months at the ESILV on "Identification of plasma instabilities in multiscale numerical simulations of tokamak plasmas" in July 2023.
Present PhD projects

• The student Juvert Njeck SAMA has started his PhD at the University of Lorraine at Nancy in October 2021, with Alain GHIZZO and Daniele DEL SARTO as co-advisors at Uni-Lorraine and me as co-advisor at the ESILV.
Projet d'Innovation Industrielle - PI2-A4 - 2021/2022 at the ESILV (now closed)

• A group of 5 students of the ESILV at the 4th year have participated to this project, with title "Review of the concept of nuclear fusion energy, and the ITER international experiment". The final report can be found here.
Research Path - Parcours Recherche - at the ESILV

• The students following the Research Path on "The stability of magnetized plasmas in the ITER fusion experiment" in 2023/2024 are Martin PUJOL and Martin RAMPONT.
